## How does delivery work?
We park within two blocks of your delivery address — no key exchange needed. Unlock via the app and drive when ready. To return, park legally in our SF zone, lock via the app, and walk away.

- We ensure at least **2 hours of legal parking** in residential areas.
- For meters, we cover it until 15 minutes past your start time and provide the meter number so you can extend via PayByPhone.

## When can I receive and return my car?
- Bookings start on the hour or at :15, :30, or :45 past.
- Deliveries run **8 AM–4 PM daily**. Early morning bookings are delivered the night before. Unlock and drive via the app.
- Returns can be done anytime; if after 4 PM, park legally until 9 AM and check out via the app.

## Can I pick up or return my car outside of the 8am-4pm concierge service hours?
Yes! Book by 2 PM for start times between 4 PM–10 AM. Early bookings are delivered the day before — unlock via the app when ready. Returns are 24/7; park legally until 9 AM if after hours.

## How fast can I get a car delivered?
- Standard deliveries (booked 24+ hours in advance) are included with your delivery upgrade. Bookings after 4 PM count as booked 8 AM the next day.
- Need a car sooner? **Rush delivery** is $30, available within **1 hour** in our core zone (8 AM–4 PM).
- Pick up at the closest available car in our [SF zone](/content/site-root.html) any time with no rush delivery fee.

## How do returns work?
- Park legally anywhere in our SF zone for **2+ hours**. End your booking in the app — we’ll pick up, clean, take condition photos, and gas the car (billed at cost).
