What if I return late?

Life happens! Give us at least 1 hour notice if your plans change so we can plan for other members. Occasionally, we may need to flip a car quickly, so notice is greatly appreciated.

What if I return early?

No problem. End your trip in the app and park legally for at least 2 hours (or until 9 AM if returning after 2 PM). You’ll still be charged for your original reservation, but any day credits starting more than 24 hours from your early return will be refunded.

What if I don't return at all?

We hope this never happens! If the car isn’t returned, we may report it as stolen, recover it at your expense, and assess fees for loss of use.

Do I need to gas the car when I return?

• Concierge delivery: We’ll refuel your car; you’ll be billed for the cost of gas.
• Self-service: Refill to full. Returning below 95% full incurs a $25 fee plus gas cost. If the tank was below full when you picked it up, send your receipt — we’ll reimburse you for any gas you added beyond your usage.

Do I need to take condition photos of the car?

• Concierge: Not needed; we handle the check. You can confirm the condition and add additional photos if you like.
• Self-service: Yes, take photos of the car at pickup and return via our app.
